Website Terms
Effective date: September 15, 2026
This website is operated by American Council for AI in Commerce, which is developing the American Council for AI in Commerce. These terms describe the use of the website and its educational material.
Educational purpose
Content on this site provides general business education. It does not establish a professional advisory relationship or replace advice about your specific legal, financial, security, employment, or other professional circumstances.
AI capabilities and service terms can change. Evaluate information for your intended use and verify important decisions with appropriate sources and qualified professionals.
Council status and program information
ACAIC is independent and is not a government agency. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration or any other government agency.
Descriptions of planned programs are informational. An email signup or expression of interest does not create a membership, board appointment, program enrollment, or service agreement. Any future paid offering will have its own stated scope, fees, and terms.
Using educational material
You may read ACAIC material and use it for learning and internal business discussion. Unless a resource states otherwise, ask permission before republishing it, selling it, or using ACAIC's name or marks to promote a product or service. Rights in third party material remain with the respective owner.
Submitting information
Provide information you are entitled to share. Do not submit confidential material or content that infringes another person's rights. Submitting an idea does not create an agreement to use it, pay for it, appoint you to a role, or enter a partnership.
External resources and results
Links to external resources are provided for convenience. Those websites are controlled by their operators. A reference to a tool, organization, or resource does not by itself represent an endorsement. Educational examples do not guarantee a particular business result.
Respectful use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use forms to send unlawful, misleading, or abusive material.

Website content and these terms may change as the council develops. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
