Help shape practical AI education for American businesses. Stay Informed

AI Advisory

Get clearer on what to do before you invest in AI.

An appealing demonstration does not answer every question about your business. You still need to understand the problem, the information involved, the work required, and the benefit that would justify the effort.

ACAIC is developing advisory support to help owners work through those decisions.

Make the opportunity specific

Define the task you want to improve, who does it today, and what a better outcome would look like. A clear starting point makes it easier to evaluate options and avoid spending on features your business does not need.

Know what to ask a provider

Understand how to discuss data handling, integration with existing work, human review, ongoing costs, and support. A useful proposal should explain both the expected benefit and the responsibilities your business will retain.

Plan a test you can judge

Identify a limited project, the people who need to participate, and the evidence that would support a decision to continue. Include staff time and review effort in that assessment.

Prepare for a useful conversation

Describe the process in a few sentences. Explain what slows it down and what you have already tried. You can express interest without submitting customer records, confidential documents, or access to your systems.

Advisory formats, availability, scope, and any fees are still being developed. Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation about your interest; it does not book an appointment or create a service agreement.
